Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here are the ingredients and equipment I used recently for banana chocolate chip muffins.  This is a great muffin to freeze and pull out for a breakfast treat.
Mash 3 large bananas in a small bowl.
Transfer the banana mush into a mixing bowl.
Add 3/4 cup white sugar.
In a separate small bowl, crack 1 egg and beat slightly.
Add the egg to the mixture.
I used a rubber spatula to combine the ingredients.  

Add:
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup applesauce (or 1/3 cup melted butter)
Stir in chocolate chips (to taste)

Spray muffin pan.
Spoon batter into muffin pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Amazingly moist muffins that are sure to fill any chocolate craving!  Enjoy!
