For an extreme chocolate craving, this amazing bar is just what you need.
Mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, flour, oatmeal, soda and salt.
You will end up with a thick, stiff dough.
Two-thirds of the dough is patted into a jellyroll pan.
The remaining third is held aside to plop later.
Where is the chocolate you are asking?
Hang on...take a look at this...
Chocolate chips, evaporated milk, butter, vanilla and salt
are melted in a pan. Are you smiling?
Pour the chocolate mixture over the
patted-into-the-pan dough.
Now you can plop the remaining dough
on top of the chocolate.
The baked delight is simply beautiful.
Grab a glass of milk for the generous portion
